The hotel is located in a bustling area close to Madison Ave, with plenty of great restaurants and activities nearby. Guests can enjoy the convenience of being so close to everything in New York City. The hotel also offers live entertainment during their wine hour, adding a fun and lively atmosphere to the stay.
There were occasional disappointments with the service, such as delays in delivering amenities like a hairdryer. It seems the hotel had some issues with their refund policy, which caused inconvenience for guests waiting for their credit holds to be released.

Convenient location near Madison Ave with great restaurants and buzz. Friendly and helpful valet/bellman team. Proactively offered crib and mini fridge for our room. Complimentary upgrade to a larger and beautiful room. Accommodating staff who asked for feedback on room accommodations. Tasty room service meal, especially the Impossible Burger with steak fries. Offered a late check out without any questions asked
Congested and chaotic lobby with lots of people gathering around. Cramped stairs and elevator.
